Davido, the Nigerian singer also known as David Adeleke, suggested on Thursday that he could retire from his music career following the release of his upcoming album.

This revelation came as a response to manipulated photos and videos circulated by certain bloggers. Davido, who has been embroiled in an online dispute with his colleague Wizkid, also known as Ayodeji Balogun, has been making headlines recently.

He stated that certain individuals are eager to see him leave the music industry and that he would retire to bring them peace. “If you all want me out of the game that badly, okay, after my next album, I won’t do it anymore. So you can have peace,” he wrote on his social media handle.
