The accident involved a vehicle driven by Lil Win that resulted in the death of a three-year-old boy. Lil Win faces charges of dangerous driving and negligently causing harm.

The prosecution informed the court that the investigation into the matter is still ongoing, emphasizing the need for Lil Win to be available whenever required. The family of the deceased has been vocal in their calls for justice, pressing for accountability in the wake of their loss.

Lil Win’s counsel, Margaret Adjei-Twum, argued for his bail, citing his health condition. She mentioned that Lil Win had sustained injuries, including internal bleeding, and required medical treatment. Adjei-Twum assured the court that Lil Win, being a well-known public figure, would not flee from the judicial process.

Despite the police’s claim that his arrest was delayed due to his health condition, the court proceedings took place under heavy police presence, highlighting the high-profile nature of the case.
