Ghana Supreme Court rules Anas must testify unmasked in ‘Number 12’ case. Stay updated on legal proceedings.
The Ghana Supreme Court has overturned a lower court decision allowing investigative journalist Anas Aremeyaw Anas to wear a mask while testifying in the “Number 12” corruption case.
Anas, known for his undercover work, must now appear in open court without his trademark mask. This ruling follows a successful appeal by Kwesi Nyantakyi, the former head of Ghana’s Football Association, who was implicated in the “Number 12” documentary.
