In 2023, the Dubai Mall achieved a remarkable milestone by welcoming a record-breaking 105 million visitors, marking a significant increase of over 19% compared to the previous year’s 88 million. Sales also soared to exceptional levels throughout the year.

Newly released figures from the mall reveal that an astonishing 20 million individuals visited within the first two months of the current year, setting the stage for another record-breaking year in 2024.

Mohamed Alabbar, the founder of Emaar, expressed pride in the mall’s accomplishments, attributing its success to Dubai’s visionary leadership and robust economy. He emphasized the mall’s embodiment of the city’s vibrant essence and unwavering commitment to excellence, highlighting its integral role in Dubai’s economic landscape and innovation.

Furthermore, the diverse range of nationalities among visitors underscores the mall’s global appeal and mirrors Dubai’s cosmopolitan culture.

The Dubai Mall solidified its status as a global retail and leisure icon through a series of events and promotions in 2023 and early 2024, attracting massive crowds during major festivities and international celebrations. The mall’s strong digital presence, with over 1.3 million Instagram followers, further amplified its reach and engagement.

With an average customer satisfaction score of 4.6, the mall’s dedication to customer experience is evident, garnering positive feedback from thousands of patrons.

In 2023, the Dubai Mall redefined luxury retail with immersive shopping experiences through its “Retail Relation” program in collaboration with prestigious brands.
