Ghana Secures Dominant 3-0 Victory Over Madagascar in 2026 World Cup Qualifiers

Ghana’s Black Stars defeated Madagascar 3-0 to extend their winning streak in the CAF 2026 FIFA World Cup qualifiers. Ghana extended their lead in the standings and cemented their domination in Group I in the encounter, which was played at the Grand Stade Al-Hoceima in Morocco.
Ghana continued their momentum with another outstanding performance against Madagascar, entering the match with a lot of confidence following a decisive 5-0 victory against Chad.

Ghana regained control of the game as they started the second half with increased vigor. Jordan Ayew and Thomas Partey teamed up once more in the 54th minute. Partey scored his second goal of the game with a confident header after Ayew executed a beautiful corner kick.
Ghana increased their advantage just five minutes later. Ayew was discovered by Partey and quickly played in Mohammed Kudus. Ghana’s decisive victory was assured when the West Ham United forward scored the third goal of the evening with composure.
Ghana skillfully controlled the rest of the game after the third goal, holding onto the ball and reducing the pace to prevent Madagascar from putting up a fight.
The Black Stars have strengthened their hold on the top spot in Group I with 15 points after this victory. Mali is in third place with nine points, while Madagascar is still in second place with ten.
