Mahama Praises Afronitaa and Abigail for Britain’s Got Talent Success
Former President John Dramani Mahama has praised Afronitaa and Abigail for their outstanding performance on the 2024 season of Britain’s Got Talent, where they secured third place.
In a Facebook post, Mahama lauded the duo’s achievements, highlighting their talent and creativity as a source of national pride for Ghana.
“You’ve given us another reason to be proud of our country, Ghana, and the talent and creativity of its youth. Go all out, Abigail and Afronitaa!” Mahama wrote.
Afronitaa and Abigail Dromo, the latter a winner of TV3’s Talented Kidz, reached the finals of the competition held on May 2, 2024, in London.
Throughout the competition, they captivated both judges and audiences with their impressive performances, earning significant recognition and praise from Ghanaians.
The official Britain’s Got Talent Instagram page also congratulated the duo, stating, “Thrilling us in 3rd place is…Abigail & Afronitaaa. You should be so incredibly proud of all you’ve achieved, congratulations!” They performed popular tracks by Reggie ‘n’ Bollie and Fuse ODG during their time on the show.
Their accomplishment has not only highlighted their personal talents but also brought positive international attention to Ghana.
