More than 80 cars parked nearby suffered serious damage after a solar panel structure at the A&C Mall in East Legon, Accra, collapsed due to a strong downpour. In a formal statement, A&C Development, the firm in charge of the mall’s infrastructure, blamed the collapse on severe weather. “Our team, in collaboration with the relevant authorities, is actively working on-site to manage the situation and facilitate a swift resolution,” the statement read.
