MTN Ghana Apologises to Its Customers for Any Trouble Accessing the Internet

MTN Ghana has expressed regret to its customers for any difficulties they had contacting the company’s call centre and gaining access to data services.

“This is due to a disruption on our international undersea cables. Our technical teams are working with our international partners to resolve the issue”, a statement from MTN Ghana said.

“We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience and will keep subscribers updated”

The business promised that it is attempting to fix the problem.
