NPP Aims for Early Declaration of Parliamentary Results on Election Day 2024

The New Patriotic Party (NPP) has expressed confidence in its ability to deliver parliamentary results by 8 pm on December 7, 2024.
This commitment stems from advancements made in its result collation system, as outlined by the party’s Deputy General Secretary, Haruna Mohammed.
In a recent interview, he shared that the party had conducted extensive dry runs to test the efficiency of their upgraded system. These trials have significantly reduced the time required for processing election data compared to previous elections. The NPP also anticipates a faster collation of presidential results, demonstrating a proactive approach to ensuring transparency and efficiency in its electoral processes.
Haruna Mohammed emphasized the party’s readiness for the elections, highlighting efforts to finalize preparations, such as training polling agents and refining operational logistics. He noted that all human resources and logistical systems necessary for a smooth election are in place, adding that the test runs have provided confidence in the party’s organizational capabilities.
These updates come as part of the NPP’s broader strategy to enhance its electoral operations and maintain a competitive edge in the 2024 elections. The party’s commitment to innovation and thorough preparation underscores its goal of maintaining credibility and trust during the polls.
