OSP Urgently Seeks Public Help to Find Kenneth Ofori-Atta!
OSP Calls for Public Help in Locating Kenneth Ofori-Atta

Former Finance Minister Kenneth Nana Yaw Ofori-Atta has been formally proclaimed wanted by Ghana’s Office of the Special Prosecutor (OSP), which is asking the public for any information that could help find him. This statement follows Ofori-Atta’s designation as a fugitive at a press conference last week in Accra.
Ofori-Atta is a 66-year-old man with distinctive physical characteristics, such as brown complexion, black eyes, and black hair. He was born on November 7, 1958. The office of the Special Prosecutor has laid out a number of grave accusations against him, such as presumed participation in the Strategic Mobilization-GRA Contract, the termination of the ECG-BXC contract, contentious payments pertaining to the National Cathedral, ambulance procurement agreements, and tax refund account abuse.
The OSP has made a public appeal for help in an effort to locate the former minister. Anyone with information regarding Ofori-Atta’s location is urged to get in touch with the office by phone at 0554494499 or 0554484488, or by WhatsApp. Additionally, intelligence collected suggests that Ofori-Atta might be in the United States or the United Kingdom.
The OSP has reaffirmed the legal presumption that everyone is innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law, notwithstanding the seriousness of these charges. This is a crucial reminder that Ghana’s legal system strongly upholds the presumption of innocent.
The public’s cooperation is vital in bringing this matter to a close. As investigations continue, it is important to remember that no individual should be judged before the due process of law. Stay tuned for more updates on this developing story.
