For people with cats, waking up early is not a hassle, as these creatures will wake you up at 3:00 a.m. for food. It happens to me most of the time—my cat has essentially turned into my personal alarm clock. But not everyone has a cat to drag them out of bed, so here are some habits to help you wake up early consistently.
