More than 100 individuals have filed lawsuits against Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs, the renowned rapper and music mogul, alleging sexual assault, rape, and exploitation. Texas-based attorney Tony Buzbee, who is representing the victims, revealed that some of the alleged victims include minors as young as nine years old. Buzbee emphasized the gravity of the case and assured that he and his team would pursue the matter aggressively, leaving no stone unturned to identify all responsible parties.

This legal action represents the first time Combs has faced accusations involving the sexual abuse of children. At a recent press conference, Buzbee highlighted his commitment to hold accountable any individual or entity that participated in or benefited from the alleged behavior. These new allegations follow Combs’ recent arrest on criminal charges of racketeering and sex trafficking, for which he remains in federal custody. Combs, however, continues to deny any wrongdoing, and his legal team is actively appealing the denial of his bail

Buzbee disclosed that he is currently representing 120 victims, with half of them being men and the other half women. Twenty-five of the victims were minors at the time of the incidents, which reportedly occurred in Los Angeles, New York, and Miami from 1991 up until this year. A majority of the alleged assaults took place after 2015, with many victims claiming they were sexually exploited at high-profile parties hosted by Combs, including album release events and holiday celebrations.

This lawsuit, however, is not a class action, and Buzbee confirmed that individual cases would be filed for each victim.
