The artist had intended to give away a car to one fortunate student during his performance. This student would also become his official influencer, creating a unique opportunity for both the artist and the lucky recipient.

However, the concert was abruptly called off, a move Shatta Wale attributes to bias within the music industry.

During a live session on TikTok, he expressed his frustration, stating that the cancellation was a result of industry favoritism and a lack of impartiality towards him and his supporters.

He further explained that the organizers used the early release of a flyer for fellow artist Stonebwoy’s concert as a pretext to halt his show. Shatta Wale interpreted this as a clear sign of disrespect towards his brand and music.

The “Ayoo” hitmaker, known for his candid and often confrontational stance, reiterated that his outspokenness is frequently held against him. He emphasized that his actions are driven by a commitment to fairness and principles, even if this makes him appear controversial in the eyes of some.
