You don’t need to worry, as it is really easy to make okra water at home. You just have to follow a few simple steps and you are done!

Wash and cut 4-5 medium-sized okra pods, then immerse them in a cup of water.

Keep the pods soaked in water for 8-24 hours, releasing the leftover sap by squeezing the pods.

Strain the water into a glass and drink this nutrient-rich beverage. You can season it with salt and pepper if desired.
